Shares in buildings, with rent
Buy shares at a fixed price. If a sale misses its minimum, every buyer takes their money back. Once it closes, the manager pays rent in and you take your part, in proportion to your shares. Rent is what the manager pays in, not a promised return.

Proof without showing your portfolio
Only you, your registrar and Seal's auditor can read your titles. When you sell, the buyer you name can read that one title to check it, and nothing else you own.

Titles a registrar vouches for
A land registrar checks the paper title and issues it on Seal to its verified owner, with a fingerprint of the signed document. A title changes hands in two steps: the owner asks, the registrar approves.
